Pamwe ("Pamwe", "we", "us") is a cross-border marketplace that lets you buy clothing from South African retailers and have it delivered in Zimbabwe. This notice explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 ("POPIA"). 1. WHAT WE COLLECT Your name, email address and contact number, your delivery address and the name and number of the person receiving a parcel, the items you order, your payment method and the status of each payment (we never see or store your full card or wallet details), and technical information such as your IP address and device when you sign in or accept a notice. 2. WHY WE USE IT To create and secure your account, take and confirm payment, pass your order to the shops that stock the items, move the parcel across the border, deliver it, tell you about every step by email and in the app, prevent fraud, keep the records the law requires, and improve the service. 3. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH Shops only receive what they need to pack your order (items, sizes and the order number) and never your contact details. Payment providers (Paynow for Zimbabwe, Ozow for South Africa), couriers and delivery partners receive what they need to collect, carry and hand over your parcel. Email and hosting providers process data for us under contract. We do not sell your information. 4. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT For as long as you have an account and afterwards for the period the law requires us to keep financial and customs records. We then delete or anonymise it. 5. SECURITY Passwords are stored hashed, sessions expire and every sign-in and change is recorded. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. 6. YOUR RIGHTS You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, object to its use and withdraw consent at any time (this may mean we can no longer serve you). You may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforeg.org.za. 7. CONTACT Write to our Information Officer at privacy@pamweonline.store. By creating an account and using Pamwe you agree to these terms. 1. YOUR ACCOUNT Give true details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. 2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT Prices are shown in your currency using our exchange rate at the time of your quote. A quote is held for 15 minutes. An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds. If a shop cannot supply an item, that part of your order is cancelled and refunded. 3. DELIVERY Delivery times are estimates. You can follow every step by email, in the app and on the tracking page. Someone has to be able to receive the parcel at the address or collection point you choose, and may be asked for the order's QR code. 4. ACCEPTABLE USE Do not misuse the service, attempt to reach other people's accounts or data, or place orders you do not intend to pay for. 5. CHANGES We may update these terms. When we do, we will ask you to accept the new version before your next order. 6. LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
