By creating an account and using Pamwe you agree to these terms. 1. YOUR ACCOUNT Give true details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. 2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT Prices are shown in your currency using our exchange rate at the time of your quote. A quote is held for 15 minutes. An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds. If a shop cannot supply an item, that part of your order is cancelled and refunded. 3. DELIVERY Delivery times are estimates. You can follow every step by email, in the app and on the tracking page. Someone has to be able to receive the parcel at the address or collection point you choose, and may be asked for the order's QR code. 4. ACCEPTABLE USE Do not misuse the service, attempt to reach other people's accounts or data, or place orders you do not intend to pay for. 5. CHANGES We may update these terms. When we do, we will ask you to accept the new version before your next order. 6. LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
